Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of Keytionary ("the App"), developed by Renmus Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Keytionary offers optional in-app purchases, which may include one or more auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Available tiers, current prices, durations, and any introductory offers (such as free trials) are displayed in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors in the music theory content or interruptions in service. Music theory is a discipline with multiple valid interpretations — the conventions used in Keytionary reflect common practice and may differ from other sources.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renmus Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
